how much you want to bet the federal response to any hurricane that slams florida will be better than the response to katrina. not of course because we learn from our mistakes, but because i mean if you're gonna help anyone you have to help your brother. especially when you're trying to pass the whitehouse on to him, and you've run your approval rating into the ground.
